Jeremy – born in Alberta, Canada – moved to Wichita when he was a young child. A graduate of the University of Kansas, he loves soccer, skiing, and working with colleagues.
In his role, Jeremy supports our Educator Community and staff by implementing products and technology that make it easier to access, curate, and use our resources. Working at Empowered furthers his desire to make a positive impact on the world and to help more teachers inspire even more teachers, as some of his favorite teachers and coaches did him.
Jeremy’s favorite of our Foundational Principles is Passion which he sites as a driving source for in each of us. The father of two (Juniper and Theo) and proud owner of three cats (Pippie, Poutine, and Marmalade), Jeremy says meeting his wife (Bethany) who both inspires him and keeps him grounded is one of the defining moments of his life.
