Brittany is a creative problem solver who works to serve others. In the Empowered office, Brittany ensures our team members have the right tools, resources, systems, and connections that they need to be successful, so they can focus on our educator community. From Wichita originally and Wichita State University graduate, Brittany joined Empowered to pursue her passion of serving others by supporting teachers at all points of their educator journey who are looking for new and creative ways to support their students.
To Brittany, transforming education means every student should have the chance to find their best learning style, rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Her favorite foundational principle is Integrity because it is to the basis of her understanding of all the principles. Brittany lives in Wichita where she enjoys spending time on her hobbies, like reading, swimming, and DIY projects. She most admires her parents – Jenalee and Doug – for their work ethic, grace, and belief in others.
