Lindsay Zimmerman is one of our longest-serving staffers and leaders. She truly believes in the power of Empowered’s principles and belief in people. The growth mindset is in every aspect of her life – work, family, and volunteerism. In her current role, she leads the team that ensures we honor our promise -providing Empowered Educators with trust, respect, simplicity, and fun. She also ensures our offerings are easy to access, easy to understand, and easy to implement.
A graduate of Wichita State University, Lindsay grew up in Haysville, Kansas. Her favorite principle is Responsibility (which she believes is earned not given). She sees it in the life she, her husband, and three sons share on their family ranch (selling farm-to-table beef and raising bottle babies, chickens, sheep, pigs, and alpacas) and in the ways she participates on her county’s Community Foundation and board of education.
